These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Stork Innovation Pvt. 1.2 AI-Driven Matching.
The Platform utilizes artificial intelligence and algorithmic models to analyze Candidate and Employer data for compatibility and to recommend matches. All AI-generated suggestions are indicative only and are not binding employment offers or verified endorsements.
1.3 No Employment Guarantee.
Stork is not a recruitment agency. It facilitates information exchange between Candidates and Employers but does not:
Guarantee employment, internship, or interview outcomes;
Verify every posting or candidate claim; or
Act as an employer, co-employer, or representative of any party.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform. Users between 16 and 18 may use the Platform only under parental or institutional consent.
2.2 You must have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of India.
2.3 You may not use the Platform if you have been previously suspended, barred, or found to violate these Terms or applicable laws.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation.
To access specific services, Users must create an account using accurate personal details, including name, contact information, education, and credentials.
3.2 Credentials and Security.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify Stork immediately of unauthorized access or suspected compromise.
3.3 Account Suspension.
Stork reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms;
Engage in fraud, impersonation, or misuse;
Upload unlawful or offensive content; or
Pose a security risk to the Platform.
4. User Obligations
4.1 Users shall:
Provide accurate, current, and verifiable information;
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes;
Respect the rights and privacy of other Users;
Comply with all applicable employment, data protection, and labor laws.
4.2 Users shall not:
Post, upload, or transmit false, misleading, or defamatory content;
Solicit or demand payment from Candidates to apply for roles;
Engage in spam, data scraping, phishing, or unauthorized data harvesting;
Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful scripts;
Use automated tools to access or manipulate data.
5. User Content and Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership.
All content uploaded by Users (including resumes, portfolios, bios, achievements, and listings) remains their intellectual property.
5.2 License to Stork.
By submitting content, Users grant Stork a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, and sublicensable license to:
Host, process, display, and transmit such content to enable the Services;
Improve the Platform’s algorithms and user experience;
Detect and prevent fraud, security threats, and abuse.
5.3 AI and Model Training.
Aggregated and anonymized data may be used to enhance Stork’s machine learning models. Users may opt out of this processing via account settings. Stork does not sell or commercially exploit identifiable user data.
5.4 Content Responsibility.
Users are solely responsible for their content and representations. Stork shall not be liable for the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of any User content.
6. AI-Generated and Automated Features
6.1 The Platform may generate summaries, recommendations, match scores, or written suggestions using AI models.
6.2 These outputs are assistive tools. They do not constitute factual determinations, endorsements, or hiring decisions.
6.3 Users acknowledge and agree that:
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or bias;
Employers must exercise independent human judgment before making decisions;
Candidates are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-enhanced resumes or summaries.
7. Communication and Messaging
7.1 Direct Messaging.
The Platform may include in-app chat or messaging features for communication between Candidates and Employers.
7.2 Moderation.
To maintain trust and safety, automated systems may scan communications for spam, scams, or policy violations. Limited human moderation may occur in flagged cases, with strict confidentiality controls.
7.3 Prohibited Conduct.
Users may not:
Request or send payments outside the Platform;
Share sexually explicit, discriminatory, or harassing content;
Circumvent platform controls or solicit users for external schemes.
8. Employer-Specific Terms
8.1 Authenticity.
Employers shall post only genuine openings, with clear role descriptions, compensation details, and lawful eligibility criteria.
8.2 Compliance.
Employers must comply with labor laws, data protection statutes, and non-discrimination regulations.
8.3 Use of Candidate Data.
Employer access to Candidate data is solely for recruitment purposes. Unauthorized sharing, resale, or cross-marketing of candidate information is strictly prohibited.
8.4 Fair Usage.
Employers must refrain from:
Charging candidates to apply;
Posting duplicate, misleading, or expired listings;
Misrepresenting internships as unpaid “learning programs.”
Stork may blacklist non-compliant Employers and notify educational partners or authorities in cases of abuse.
9. Payments, Fees, and Subscriptions
9.1 Candidates.
Core features for Candidates are free. Optional premium features (e.g., profile boosts, resume analytics) may be offered on a subscription or pay-per-use basis.
9.2 Employers.
Employers may purchase posting credits, subscription plans, or enterprise integrations. Fees are non-refundable except where mandated by law.
9.3 Billing and Taxes.
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specified. All payments shall be processed through authorized payment gateways in compliance with RBI norms.
9.4 Pricing Changes.
Stork may revise its pricing structure with prior notice via the Platform or registered email.
10. Intellectual Property Rights of Stork
10.1 The Platform, including its design, trademarks, source code, and AI systems, are proprietary assets of Stork Innovation Pvt. Ltd.
10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform solely for lawful use.
10.3 Unauthorized reproduction, modification, reverse-engineering, or redistribution of Stork’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
11.1 Stork processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, compliant with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and international data protection norms.
11.2 Users consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their data for legitimate operational purposes, including account management, job matching, communication, and fraud prevention.

12. Security and Vulnerability Disclosure
12.1 Stork maintains robust cybersecurity practices.

12.3 Stork commits not to pursue legal action against good-faith researchers acting within defined scope and responsible disclosure timelines.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 The Platform and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
13.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stork shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages;
Loss of employment, revenue, data, or goodwill;
Unauthorized access or alterations to your data beyond reasonable control.
13.3 Stork’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to Stork in the preceding six (6) months.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stork, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
Your breach of these Terms;
Your misuse of the Platform;
Your content or conduct that violates rights of third parties or applicable laws.
15. Termination and Suspension
15.1 Stork may suspend or terminate a User’s access, with or without notice, if:
The User violates these Terms or legal obligations;
Required by law or competent authority;
Continued access poses risk to the integrity or reputation of the Platform.
15.2 Upon termination:
The User’s right to access or use the Platform ceases immediately;
Stork may retain minimal information for compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
16.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
16.2 Any disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA) Rules, by a sole arbitrator appointed by Stork. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
16.3 Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. Modification of Terms
17.1 Stork may modify these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
17.2 Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance.

The Platform provides technology-enabled services including candidate profile creation, AI-assisted resume building, job search and matching algorithms, employer dashboards, in-application communication tools, analytics, and subscription-based premium features.
Stork acts as a technology intermediary facilitating connections between Candidates and Employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, verify all employer representations, or assume responsibility for the ultimate hiring decisions or workplace conduct of third parties.
Charging Candidates to apply for positions or to attend interviews is strictly prohibited on the Platform.
3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account and use the Platform independently.
Users between sixteen (16) and eighteen (18) years of age may use the Platform only with verifiable prior consent from a parent or legal guardian. Such consent must be provided through our designated verification process, which may include documentary proof and contact verification. Use by individuals aged 16-18 requires verifiable parental or guardian consent and is subject to the restrictions set out in our Privacy Policy, including no behavioural profiling or targeted advertising to minors. Stork reserves the right to request additional verification at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
Users under sixteen (16) years of age are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Platform under any circumstances.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.
Stork reserves the right to request government-issued identification or other verification documents to confirm age and identity at its sole discretion. We do not require or store Aadhaar numbers. 4. Account Creation and Security
Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, valid email address, mobile number, and such other information as may be reasonably required.
Accounts and API keys (where applicable) are issued to a single natural person and may not be shared or resold.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication mechanisms. You must immediately notify Stork at security@storkcareerlauncher.com of any unauthorized access or security breach.
You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party, use another User's account without permission, or create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes.
Stork reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or are used for unlawful purposes.
5. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities
All Users agree to use the Platform lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with these Terms and our Community Guidelines (available at [URL]).
You specifically agree not to:
Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile, resume, job postings, or communications.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.
Use the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate job seeking (for Candidates) or recruitment (for Employers).
Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct toward other Users, including but not limited to communications based on race, religion, gender, caste, disability, or sexual orientation.
Post, transmit, or facilitate the transmission of spam, unsolicited advertisements, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent job offers.
Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Platform or access systems through unauthorized means.
Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technology to access, monitor, or extract data from the Platform without express written permission, or engage in automated harvesting of user information.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of the Platform.
Collect or harvest personal information of other Users for commercial purposes or in violation of applicable data protection laws, or resell Candidate contact information or job leads.
Circumvent any paywall, access control, or subscription restriction.
Violate any applicable central, state, or local laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and all amendments thereto.
Candidates additionally agree not to submit fabricated credentials, educational qualifications, work experience, or references.
Employers additionally agree not to post fake job listings, collect candidate data for purposes unrelated to recruitment, or engage in discriminatory hiring practices prohibited under Indian employment law.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination in accordance with the penalty framework outlined in our Community Guidelines.
6. Candidate-Specific Terms
Candidates may create a profile, upload resumes and supporting documents, apply for jobs, receive job recommendations, and communicate with potential employers through the Platform.
All information submitted by Candidates must be truthful and verifiable. Stork is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of Candidate-provided information but reserves the right to remove profiles or suspend accounts containing materially false information.
Candidates retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Stork a limited license as described in Section 8.
Candidates acknowledge that applications submitted through the Platform are transmitted directly to Employers and that hiring decisions are made solely by Employers. Stork does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment.
Candidates agree to engage professionally with Employers and to honor commitments made through the Platform, including interview attendance and employment acceptance, to the extent legally permissible. Candidates should promptly withdraw applications if they are no longer interested in a role. Repeated failures to attend scheduled interviews without notice may result in account limitations.
In-flight applications may be deleted or anonymized upon account termination, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
7. Employer-Specific Terms
Employers may create recruiter accounts, post job listings, search candidate databases, communicate with Candidates, and access analytics tools subject to subscription or per-listing fees as applicable.
Employers represent and warrant that all job postings are genuine, comply with applicable employment laws, and do not contain discriminatory criteria prohibited under the Constitution of India or applicable employment legislation.
Employers agree to use Candidate data solely for recruitment purposes related to the specific positions for which Candidates applied and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Employers shall not use Candidate data for any purpose unrelated to a specific role without fresh consent from the Candidate.
Employers must implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect Candidate data, limit access to authorized personnel only, and delete Candidate data within a reasonable period if the role is closed or no longer requires processing, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Employers may not download, store, or transfer Candidate data to external systems except as necessary for legitimate recruitment activities and in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Background checks must comply with applicable law and be proportionate to the role being filled.
Employers acknowledge that Stork does not verify Candidate credentials and must conduct independent due diligence before making hiring decisions.
Employers shall indemnify Stork against any claims arising from their hiring decisions, workplace conduct, employment relationships with hired Candidates, or violations of employment law.
8. Content Ownership, Licensing, and Responsibility
Users retain ownership of all content they submit to the Platform, including resumes, job descriptions, communications, and uploaded documents ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant Stork a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable license to host, process, transmit, display, and adapt such content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Platform. This license is revocable prospectively via account settings and does not affect prior processing or sublicenses essential for service operation. Use of your name, image, or profile for endorsements or promotional materials requires your separate, explicit consent.
This license includes the right to use anonymized and aggregated User Content for analytics, research, product development, and training of artificial intelligence models, subject to the data protection commitments outlined in our Privacy Policy and your opt-out rights.
You must not upload third-party content you do not own or have rights to use, including scraped job descriptions, copyrighted assessment materials, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

Stork disclaims all liability for User Content and does not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any User Content.
9. AI-Assisted Features
The Platform utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to provide features including resume optimization, job matching, personalized recommendations, automated screening assistance, and conversational support tools ("AI Features").
AI Features are provided on an "as-is" basis and are intended to assist, not replace, human judgment. Outputs generated by AI Features may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases inherent in algorithmic systems.
Candidates acknowledge that AI-generated resume suggestions, interview preparation content, and job recommendations are advisory only and should be reviewed and customized before use.
Employers acknowledge that AI-assisted candidate screening and matching tools are supplementary to, not substitutive of, their independent evaluation and hiring decisions.
Users retain full discretion and responsibility for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs. Stork disclaims liability for any consequences arising from reliance on AI Features.
Users may opt out of certain AI personalization and algorithmic processing by adjusting their account settings or contacting privacy@storkcareerlauncher.com. Opting out may limit the functionality or relevance of Platform features.
Stork employs human oversight mechanisms to monitor AI system performance, identify potential biases, and ensure compliance with fairness and non-discrimination principles.
Data-processing aspects of AI, including personalization controls and model-training opt-out, are governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Communication and Moderation
The Platform includes in-application messaging, notification systems, and communication tools enabling interaction between Candidates and Employers.
All communications conducted through the Platform must comply with these Terms. Stork reserves the right to monitor, review, and moderate communications to ensure compliance, prevent fraud, and protect User safety, consistent with applicable law. Automated systems and limited human review may be used to detect fraud, abuse, or policy violations, under strict confidentiality obligations.
Users may not engage in off-platform solicitations that bypass Platform safety features or request Candidates or Employers to communicate exclusively through external channels for the purpose of avoiding Platform oversight.
Stork is not a party to communications between Candidates and Employers and disclaims all liability for the content, accuracy, or consequences of such communications.
Message retention and deletion practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Users consent to receive transactional communications, service notifications, security alerts, and policy updates via email, SMS, or in-application notifications as necessary for Platform operation.
11. Payments, Subscriptions, Refunds, and Taxes
Access to the Platform is free for Candidates unless they opt for premium subscription tiers offering enhanced features.
Employers are subject to subscription fees, per-listing charges, or other fees as specified in the pricing schedule available on the Platform at the time of purchase.
All fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes. Users are responsible for all central and state taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), as applicable under Indian tax law. Place of supply and applicable GST shall be determined based on billing details provided. Stork will issue GST-compliant invoices to the billing email address on file.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as selected. Renewals occur automatically unless canceled at least forty-eight (48) hours before the renewal date.
Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable and not pro-rated for partial billing periods. Refund requests must be submitted to billing@storkcareerlauncher.com within fourteen (14) days of the charge. Refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting Stork may result in immediate account suspension.
Failed or declined payment transactions may result in suspension of premium features or account access until payment is successfully processed.
Stork reserves the right to modify pricing with thirty (30) days' advance notice. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Users agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Stork or its payment processors to charge the designated payment method.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
The Platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, user interface, algorithms, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Stork or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, Trade Marks Act, 1999, Patents Act, 1970, and applicable international treaties.
"Stork", the Stork logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Stork Innovation Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Except for the limited license granted under Section 8, nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or intellectual property rights to Users.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from Stork.
13. Data Protection and Privacy
Stork collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
The collection, use, retention, sharing, and protection of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Users are responsible for reviewing the Privacy Policy to understand how their data is processed. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the data practices described therein.
Users may exercise data subject rights including access, correction, erasure, and consent withdrawal as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits a User's rights under applicable data protection law.
14. Security and Vulnerability Disclosure
Stork implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect User data, including encryption (AES-256 for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit), access controls, regular security audits, and incident response protocols.
Users who discover security vulnerabilities or potential breaches must immediately report them to security@storkcareerlauncher.com. Users must not exploit vulnerabilities, access unauthorized systems, or disclose vulnerabilities publicly before Stork has had reasonable opportunity to remediate.
Stork will not pursue legal action against good-faith security researchers who follow our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy, act within scope, avoid data exfiltration or service disruption, and provide reasonable time for remediation.
Stork will acknowledge security reports within seventy-two (72) hours and will endeavor to remediate confirmed vulnerabilities in accordance with industry best practices.
In the event of a data breach affecting personal data, Stork will notify affected Users and the Computer Emergency Response Team of India (CERT-In) within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required under applicable regulations and subject to lawful delay requested by investigating agencies.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Stork's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to Stork in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or ten thousand Indian Rupees (INR 10,000), whichever is greater.
Stork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Stork does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Stork is not liable for the conduct, communications, or decisions of other Users, including Employers' hiring practices, workplace conditions, or Candidates' qualifications or conduct.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stork, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to, to the extent permitted by applicable law:
Your use or misuse of the Platform.
Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
Your User Content or any claim that your User Content infringes third-party rights.
Your interactions with other Users, including Employers' hiring decisions or Candidates' workplace conduct.
Any breach of your representations or warranties under these Terms.
Stork will notify you promptly of any claims subject to indemnification. You shall not settle any such claim without Stork's prior written consent. Stork reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense.
17. Termination, Suspension, and Account Deletion
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Users may terminate by deleting their account through the account settings interface or by emailing legal@storkcareerlauncher.com.
Stork may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, if:
You violate these Terms or applicable law.
Your account is used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
We are required to do so by law or regulatory directive.
Your account has been inactive for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive months.
You may appeal a suspension or termination that you believe was made in error by contacting legal@storkcareerlauncher.com within fourteen (14) days of the action. Stork will review appeals and respond within fifteen (15) business days.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including Sections 8, 12, 15, 16, 18, and 19.
Following account deletion, Stork will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations. Transaction records may be retained for eight (8) years as required under Indian tax and accounting law.
18. Amendments and Updates
Stork reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Users via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least fifteen (15) days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may terminate your account.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms reflects the most recent revision.
19. Governing Law, Arbitration, and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The arbitration shall be administered by the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA) under its rules then in effect. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties. If the parties cannot agree within thirty (30) days, the arbitrator shall be appointed by MCIA in accordance with its rules.
Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses of arbitration, unless the arbitral tribunal determines otherwise. The decision of the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding.
Nothing in this clause limits a User's right to approach the Data Protection Board of India for privacy complaints arising under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or other applicable data protection law.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Stork may seek injunctive or equitable relief in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim or conservatory relief from a competent court pending the constitution of the arbitral tribunal.

All legal notices, requests, and official communications must be sent in writing to:

Notices to Users will be sent to the email address associated with their account and are deemed received upon transmission, provided the email does not bounce back as undeliverable.
21. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms accepted at the time of using specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stork and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver. The failure of Stork to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without Stork's prior written consent. Stork may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets without restriction.
Force Majeure. Stork shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, or internet service provider failures.
Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between Users and Stork.
Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms.
Survival. Sections 8, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 19, and 21 shall survive termination or expiration of these Terms.
22. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By clicking "I Accept", registering for an account, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use and our Privacy Policy.
